Which mobile network does Xplora use?
Xplora uses Telenor's mobile network, which provides high coverage and reliable connection in Denmark and abroad.
What is included in an Xplora subscription?
Each monthly subscription includes:
- Unlimited calls, SMS and data in Denmark
- Unlimited calls, SMS and data in the EU/EEA and the UK
- Access to Xplora's activity platform
- Access to the Xplora app for parental controls, settings and GPS features
- Secure and stable network via Telenor's mobile network
*Please note that calls to foreign phone numbers, special numbers and calls on boats or planes may incur additional costs in addition to the fixed monthly subscription amount.
What happens if my child's Xplora watch is lost or broken?
If your watch is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service . You can get a great deal on a new replacement unit, and we will make sure your subscription and phone number are included with the new watch.
Can I change or upgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can! You can change your subscription with prepayment at any time. To change your subscription, please contact our customer service .
How does prepaid subscription renewal work?
If you have a prepaid subscription, you will receive an SMS one month before it expires with a link to renew. If you do not renew, your subscription will automatically switch to monthly payment.
How do I cancel my Xplora subscription?
You can cancel your subscription via My Page:
- Go to the Overview tab and select your phone number.
- Click " Finish " at the bottom right.
- Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up box.
The subscription is terminated with a notice period of the current month + one month .
