Do you need a new SIM card for your Xplora watch?
This is a replacement SIM card that can be used if the original SIM card has been lost, damaged, or is not working properly.

⚠️ Important: This product does not create a new subscription. You must already have an existing subscription to purchase this product.

🔧 When should you buy this product?
  • You have an active Xplora watch, but the SIM card needs to be replaced.
  • You already have an active subscription, but need a new SIM card.
🔑 How to connect your new SIM card

Follow these simple steps to activate your new SIM card on your current subscription:

  1. Go to www.minside.xplora.dk
  2. Click on "SIM card" in the menu at the top of the page.
  3. Select the phone number you want to switch SIM card to from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click "+Activate main SIM card".
  5. Enter the 20 digits that are on your new SIM card.
  6. Click "Confirm" to complete.
